• What services do you offer?

  We are a Lincolnshire based catering company, catering for intimate dinner parties at home, through to large weddings and banquets, whether they're in a hall or a field. We offer an extensive wine and beverage menu, with a mixologist on hand to create the ultimate bespoke drinks menu. Our ingredients are grown and produced locally, with dishes inspired by the ingredients that are available around us. Whether you're looking for a sumptuous 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing, or a traditional homemade pie, we'll design your menus to suit your needs, as well as catering for all dietary requirements.

• Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

  Whilst we run a 46 bedroom hotel on the outskirts of Grimsby, we work closely with like-minded venues in both Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, creating the perfect backdrop for any occasion.

• Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

  With portable kitchens, and the ability to cater for 500+ people, we can work in any location, ensuring food and drink is served seamlessly.

• Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

  Here at The Lincolnshire Chef, we understand that everyone's dreams and ideas are different when it comes to catering. Our menus are designed to suit your needs, and are produced using locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

• What kind of cuisine do you offer?

  Whilst our cooking is about utilising the ingredients around us, we offer everything from traditional British Cuisine and fine French-inspired cooking through to Pizza Carts and Pavlova Stations

• Do you offer special menus?

  Our menus can be adapted to suit any special requirements.

• Do you also offer a wedding cake?

  Whilst we don't make wedding cakes in house, we work with local wedding cake makers and bakers who we'd highly recommend.

• How does the open bar work?

  Whether you're looking for an open or a cash bar, our team is on hand to help create a drinks package to suit your needs.
