We are a modern and creative coal barbecue events catering team based on the award winning Offley Hoo Farm in Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce. We are passionate about bringing the oldest form of cooking into the new age, with our own twist. We bring you the theatre of fire, mixed with the grandeur of fine dining.
Our kitchen is based on Offley Hoo Farm- where all our meat is sourced. We have a huge desire to only use fresh ingredients where possible. Being able to see produce grazing from the kitchen window...Well, it gets no fresher than that.
