I've always been a passionate home cook and I love nothing better than trying and experimenting with different foods. When I eat I am always thinking about how it was made, about the flavours and how I can recreate the dish. I am inspired by all the amazing chefs, home cooks, fresh ingredients and flavours in the world.
We buy all our meat fresh from our local family run butcher 'Bourton Road Butchers' in Carterton. We believe knowing exactly where our meat comes from is important. The beef for our lovely homemade burgers and Philly Steak Ciabattas comes from a local farm in Chipping Norton and Pork from Milton Under Wychwood.
