A BACK YARD PIZZA OVEN BUILT BY HAND. A PASSION FOR AUTHENTIC, ARTISAN ITALIAN PIZZA. WELCOME TO THE FIREFLY.
The Firefly is a home-grown pop-up pizza joint. A passion for artisan pizza inspired us to hand-build a wood-fired oven in our backyard and get the mozzarella out. The result? Stone-baked pizzas with awesome authentic Italian and locally-sourced ingredients.
Our pizzas are hand-stretched and cooked in our 400°c oven in just 90 seconds in traditional Neapolitan style.
Each of our menu creations are extensively tested in our home-made wood-fired oven, crafted from clay, stone, sand and straw. We then recreate these in our mobile wood-fired ovens at events.

Goats cheese, caramelised red onions and rocket on a San Marzano tomato sauce
VEGAN STEVEN (VG)
Butternut squash base with vegan mozzarella, caramelised red onions, olives and rocket.
