With over 30yrs BBQ experience I have created food that works perfectly for the UK weather while giving the feeling of being at a backyard BBQ. You will not see a burnt sausage in site as I leave this or you to do. Finally, I take pride in my vegan BBQ food that even meat eaters fight over.
