In 2017, chef Hiroshi Sudo and his wife established their family catering business in Surrey.​ Their aim is to prepare the very best Japanese food and bring it right to your door. They can cater for all events, create bespoke menus for your special occasions and provide professional waiting staff.
For over 20 years Hiroshi Sudo worked as chef then Head Chef at Matsuri, one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in London. He has provided catering experiences for VIP clients that include embassies, Formula 1 World Championship teams, The Japanese Olympic Committee and 2012 London Olympics athletics teams. Hiroshi is also a popular guest on television shows in Japan and has appeared as a guest on Heston Blumenthal’s programme 'In Search of Perfection'. Sudo's are able to cater events to any budget and occasion. We can design menus and catering for small or large private parties, special occasions, corporate events, business lunches and wedding celebrations. For something a little different, we can set up a Sushi Bar, Teppanyaki or Tempura stand and prepare and cook live for your guests entertainment.
