Description
A lovingly converted horsebox bar and Piaggio Ape (tuk tuk) prosecco bar. Both restored to the highest standard and keeping their vintage feel. We can be the talking point of any event. Using as many local suppliers as possible from our lemons and herbs to the spirits we use. We use reusable or recyclable plastic or paper cups, flutes and straws, but can provide glass flutes where requested at the hire cost to ourselves. Two members of staff are provided as standard, except where it is not required for a dry hire. We are able to help with temporary events notices if needed. Our horsebox can be decorated to tie in with your event. Quirky seating and tables, such as vintage style bar stools, deck chairs and up-cycled barrels, can be provided.

How does the open bar work?
You put a set amount behind the bar for the guests. Once this amount has been used you can either too it up or we can change to a pay bar.

£250 booking fee refunded if £1000 or more is spent within 50 mile radius
After 50 miles we charge a non-refundable fee of £1 per mile
Dry hire - the horsebox can be hired on its own for you to provide the drinks for a fee of £500 per 24 hours plus a refundable damage deposit. 2 members of staff can also be hired for an additional cost if required.
Drinks packages can be completely customisable to suit your needs but please see below some examples:
Cash bar - guests buy their own drinks
Pre-paid bar - you put an amount of money towards the bar and once it runs out you have the option to top it up or we can revert to a cash buy for guests to buy their own drinks
Token bar - you pay an agreed price per person and guests receive tokens to go towards a set number of drinks. Once a guest’s tokens have run out they can buy their own drinks if they wish.
Unlimited bar - it is an open bar and we invoice you afterwards for the amount due
Gin bar - selection of gins including local, mixers, garnishes and/or gin cocktails
Cocktail bar - consisting of up to 6 selected cocktails
Bubbles - prosecco or champagne and/or ‘pimp your prosecco’

Mixed bar - selection of spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks
