Description
We have a £250 hire charge and that gets you pretty much everything you need. This includes the physical bar, stock, glassware, staff, licenses, ice, and a custom menu. There is a minimum spend of £1000 on the day but with 100 guests that works out less than 2 drinks per person. My normal setup is guests will for drinks on the day, but I have no issues running a tab or having a set amount behind the bar.
I specialise in boutique cocktails, with a colour changing mojito garnished with sour candy floss and a bacon infused bourbon, maple syrup, and rosemary old fashioned being favourites.

We come with a full bar, including beer, wine, spirit mixers, cocktails, and soft drinks.
We cover all glassware for any drinks we serve, along with the physical bar, staff, ice, and licenses.
