The aim of Soleluna is to create wonderful Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas. Soleluna Pizza is a family business run by Kris and Marzena.
Our pizzas are topped with the best Italian ingredients and we cook them in our traditional wood burning oven for 90 seconds at around 450 degrees. Our ingredients are carefully selected and our tomato sauce is made only with the best Italian tomatoes from the region of Mount Vesuvius .The mozzarella is exclusively fiori di latte and our buffalo mozzarella is sourced from the region of Caserta.
We also try to o our best to protect the environment and in that sense over oven is DEFRA approved and the wood used is 100% natural,sustainable and renewable.
