Our style of BBQ comes from our involvement with the Oxfordshire street food scene, with delicious and innovative menus designed to showcase our passion for home smoked meats and grilled BBQ, complimented by our freshly made sides and sauces.
Based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and available for private catering, at Smoke Yard Kitchen our love of BBQ is combined with over 20 years of experience in the event catering industry, bringing a professional yet friendly and relaxed approach to your wedding, private party, corporate event or street food market, sharing good food and good times.
FAQs
What services do you offer?
American low & slow smoked BBQ and classic British BBQ options such as pulled pork, brisket, classic burgers, BBQ chicken. We can also offer an asado grill option where we cook large cuts of meat over an open fire pit in front of guests which is very spectacular and makes a great talking point.
Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
We can do for the classic BBQ or asado option. The American low & slow is cooked for 12-18 hours on our smokers and reheated on site
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes, we have created bespoke menus in the past

Smoked and BBQ meat and vegetarian options
