We have a passion for all things barbecue! We cook a range of food from long Low 'N' Slow smoked cooks to Hot 'N' Fast straight on the coals dirty cowboy style cooking and everything in between.
We love experimenting with flavours and believe this starts right down at what we use to cook on to add that awesome BBQ flavour, we mix up the type of woods we use to smoke with favourites being Cherry, Hickory, Beech, Alder, Oak, Mesquite, Olive and Apple, each one able to impart different flavours onto the food. We only use sustainably sourced charcoal and woods for smoking and cooking.

it isn't all about the meat, being married to a vegetarian we have come up with a range of menu ideas to suite veggies and vegans alike so everyone can get some BBQ Goodness, we can cater for all dietary requirements.
We try and source all our meat and ingredients locally (where possible) and have built up a great relationship with local farmers enabling us to buy direct and know the animals have had a good life.
We use compostable and recyclable serving dishes and always try to keep any waste to a minimum.
