FAQs

• How long do you need to set up?

  This depends on the party package - usually 15-20 mins for discos 30mins for inflatables 30+ mins for large inflatables and heavy equipment Time will also depend on accessibility to the venue, steps and any obstacles to set up. Normally a 30 min slot to set up is ample and we will advise if more time is required.

• Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

  Shuffles Entertainment Ltd is insured with Leisure insure for all activities to £10m

• What experience do you have working with children?

  We have over 15years experience with parties and events of all sizes, ages and abilities.

• Are you DBS checked?

  Yes we are, although a DBS check is not a legal requirement for children's entertainers. Entertainers are present with other adults and are never left alone with children.

• Do you provide power supply?

  No, we would need the customer to confirm access to power upon making a booking. We have a generator available in unique circumstances - price is available on request

• What about marquee flooring?

  The Bell tent is provided with a heavy duty zipped in ground sheet. Depending on the package we may also provide additional carpeting or mats.

• What about lighting in your marquee?

  Bell Tents are usually supplied with solar powered fairy lights for overnight hire Some packages include additional lighting

• Do you provide marquee heating?

  We have an add on package for a sleepover or overnight hire to include a small electric fan heater.

• Do you provide insurance cover?

  Shuffles Entertainment has £10m public liability cover. We are happy to advise customers if they might need additional cover.

• Can you supply other things apart from the marquee?

• What are the colour schemes for the marquees and can they be changed?

  The Bell tent is a beautiful canvas cream and can be accessorised with bunting, flower garlands and decorations for any colour scheme.

• Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?

  This depends on the type of party you are looking to have. Discos are more flexible than inflatable parties and are priced for up to 30 children. Additional children at disco parties incur an additional cost to cover prizes & sweets. Inflatable parties are strictly limited because of safe numbers on inflatable equipment. Suitable numbers may also depend on the age of the children and we will be happy to advise you on this. Please bear in mind when calculating your numbers any siblings that may attend the party (uninvited) as this may drastically alter the size of your party.
