We met with them to discuss what we wanted and everyone was happy, we then received a contract which was not as we had agreed. We contacted them to confirm details but despite repeated attempts we received no reply so we have now been left having to find a new videographer for out important day. To look on the bright side though, at least we found out they’re unreliable now rather than on the day. Very disappointing.

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No as we believe your main focus should be providing the highest quality product to one wedding day at a time
What style of photos do you take?
Candid, documentary, portraiture. We develop the film and photography to the style in which you are looking for
What kind of technology do you use?
Lumix and canon Camera's. Glidecams, Gimbles, Monopods, tripods, Audio Equipment
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes we provide an access link to view and download your photos and film online
What's the delivery time for photographic report?
The rough time to receive your finished product after the day of the shoot is 8 weeks as we believe you should receive nothing short of the best. In doing this some things take some extra time but the wait will be worth it.
Do you send all the photos taken?
That is dependent on the package you select. We film and photograph the entire Wedding so if it comes to a stage after the wedding where you want to increase your package we can do this. Where as other photographers and videographers only film or photograph for the section they are paid for and cannot offer an upgrade to their packages
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
We are a photographer & videographer Duo
In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?
No as there usually is no issue with this. We can source a backup if this happens
Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?
Yes
