Experienced solo piper with twelve years playing for Weddings, Funerals, Corporate Events, parties etc. Also with a year and a half of tutoring Chanter a Pipes. My piping experience includes:

What started as work experience on my university course, transformed into my passion. Since I began my teaching, my music has been incorporated into the Burntisland repertoire.

One of my proudest achievements with the band must be our success in the Scottish Schools Pipes and Drums Trust competition. I wrote pipe music for my own arrangement of 'Can't Help Falling in Love' - as well as editing each musicians audio and video clips together for the finished product. With the children's hard work they received 1st place in the people's vote (amongst eighteen very talented groups of musicians). We also earned 2nd place in the official judges vote - adjudicated by the Red Hot Chilli Pipers and Finlay MacDonald.

I am available to tutor learners of all ages and abilities. With a year and a half of experience of tutoring the learners at Burntisland and District Pipe Band. Whether this is your first steps of learning the chanter or if you are a few tunes in - I am more than happy to help out!
