Everyone knows that the Sax is a classy, sexy & sophisticated instrument! So let me bring my saxophones, along with my wide & varied mix of soulful favourites, smooth jazz, classic motown & more, to play for you and create the perfect ambience with an extra special memory for you & your guests. I'm afraid I don’t play House/Dance/Ibiza which seems to be the in-thing at the moment....the music I play in my repertoire are all known & loved classics - all good music!

With many years of live experience across London & the home counties of Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and further into Essex & Kent, you're guaranteed a superb musical performance - the ideal choice during your drinks reception, wedding breakfast, photographs & more.

A little bit about me as there are so many saxophonists for you to choose from!
I have been performing as a solo artist for weddings & functions for over 15 years, in addition to being the go-to sax player for many wedding bands and recording artists, so you can be comfortable that I have the experience & reliability to give you exactly what you are looking for.
My musical career has seen me playing in West End shows, on cruise ships, as a session player for many top recording artists, as part of many top function bands...the list goes on & on.

Your Wedding Day
The saxophone is perfect for creating a warm relaxing atmosphere as your guests arrive and during the meal, adding a touch of originality to the day by providing subtle entertainment for you & your guests.

Drinks Reception - by far, my most popular option!
Why not let me entertain your guests during a drinks reception with smooth soulful classics? Subtle & unobtrusive, it is my job to compiment, not dominate this part of the day.

The Wedding Breakfast
A live Saxophone during the wedding breakfast is played at a level which still allows normal conversation but maintains a subtle ambience, thereby avoiding any quiet moments whilst you and your guests are eating.

Champagne and Photographs
Add a touch of style to this quieter part of the day - your guests can have a glass of champagne, catch up with old friends and be entertained while you are free to get on with the photography.
Evening Reception
The perfect way to get your evening reception off to a good start, create a mellow mood perfect for conversation & mingling until your main event, usually a live band, takes over....see my additional services! Or, for a more relaxed & informal evening where you are not looking for a full-blown party, I can carry on with recorded music of your choice once the live performance is over.

Parties & Events
Music for any type of event, from birthday parties to charity events, ladies nights, family gatherings, dinner parties, outdoor events… you name it!

Birthday Parties
To add that special touch to your party, consider incorporating the stylish sound of a solo sax playing a selection of smooth jazz, blues, swing, latin & pop songs.

Corporate and Marketing Events
A great way to set your marketing stand apart from the rest is to let live music draw your customers to it, allowing you the introduction to potential clients.

Dinner Parties
What better way to enhance your prestigious event or celebratory family gathering than having a live saxophone playing before and / or during your meal to add that touch of style.

Cocktail Parties
At your cocktail party, the saxophone adds ambience without being too intrusive, allowing your guests to chat without needing to raise their voices. Add a touch of class with some mellow jazz or pep up the party with some up-tempo classics.

Outdoor Events
I am always happy to play outdoors and frequently do so in the summer. The only requirements are access to electric power and shelter from the elements!

We loved having Jon as part of our wedding drinks reception. He really helped create a gorgeous ambience with his background music whilst our guests mingled in the sunshine. He played constantly for just under 2 hours and many of our guests commented on how great he was!
