Rogue Artisan Ice Cream

Established in 2018 by chef and owner Ruben Porto, we are an award-winning artisan ice cream company led by one purpose: quality. We have won a total of 8 awards at the Great Taste Awards, including the highest award (3 GOLD STARS) for our Sicilian Bronte Pistachio Ice Cream and for our Single-Origin Sumatran Coffee Ice Cream. We were also fortunate enough to win the prestigious Golden Fork Award at the Great Taste Awards in 2018 where our Sicilian Bronte Pistachio Ice Cream was judged to be a top 18 product out of 12,763 products entered. We produce all of our ice creams by hand and in small batches using 100% natural ingredients; we never use stabilisers, emulsifiers, colourings, or artificial flavours.

We have served up the good stuff at many a wedding, private party, and corporate event to guest numbers ranging from 80 to well over 500. Clients we have worked with include Bruntwood, Equiem, Unitron UK & Ireland, Manchester University, Castletons Accountants, Tarratt Jewelers, Pollen Bakery, Ancoats General Store, and the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel in Mayfair, London.
