Cooking works like a therapy, on my good or my hard days cooking or baking makes me feel relaxed and be merry. Between us the kitchen is the place that I live!
With over 18 years of mastering knowledge in the catering and hospitality industry I have decided to follow my dreams of leading a team of my own and setting up a business that exemplifies my expertise and style.
My passion and love for food and food art (as I like to call it) have been the driving force behind my success. I am excited to deliver it to you all now!! I was born and raised in Kos, a beautiful and quaint island in the Aegean Sea of Greece.
Several of my favorite memories of my upbringing were that of my mother in the kitchen asking me to help her prepare meals and bake.
Just thinking of it fills my senses with the sounds of laughter, the warmth of love and my mother’s oven and the intoxicating rich smells of her cooking.
Each dish prepared for my family was so much more than a meal; it was love. When I use certain ingredients in my cooking today, I can almost see my father returning from our second home in the country side with bags full of freshly picked lemons, figs, oranges, eggs and more.
He would humbly hand them to my mother taking in a large breath of air to smell the magic of her cooking and with a gratified exhale he’d lean in for a kiss letting her know how good it smelled.
Our home was a chef’s paradise. We always had our own freshly picked fruits from the garden, we produced our own extra virgin olive oil, we used to have chicken and hens, rabbit’s, pigs, lambs and our seasonal vegetables.
My longing for days like those are what I have created my business around. Establishing beautiful memories with every bite YOU take. Cooking is my therapy and there is nothing more gratifying to me then the smile each bite can deliver to a loved one.
My home is my kitchen and my heart is in my creations.
