Description
The Roastbusters BBQ service treats you and your guests to freshly prepared food cooked by a professional. We provide the BBQ, a Chef, all the food, serving plates and any side dishes you like. Suitable for large or small events.
We don't just spit roast your meats. Our service is tailored to your particular event. Just provide us with some space and a serving time, then we'll do the rest. We can cater for particular dietary needs and include some great vegetarian &vegan dishes in our menu. we also cater for coeliacs .

• Nov. 16, 2017Russ did an absolutely blinding job catering our wedding with help from his family. The day went incredibly smoothly and everyone commented on how much they loved the food! I couldn't recomend them highly enough, Russ was accommodating every step of the way and as a result it felt very relaxed. A particular favourite of ours and the guests were the mini tarts canapes and the crackling had the perfect crunch. Most people went up for seconds! I can't wait for another excuse to have a party! Spit Roasted Meats

Roastbuster's Somerset sausages (all freshly handmade using our own pork)
-The Somerset (traditional Sausage)

-The fallen apple (Somerset cider & apple sausage)
Canapes (all Canapes are freshly made for your event. We do not use frozen produce.)
-Ham and Somerset brie with red onion tartlets
-Smoked salmon filled with cream cheese and chives on light rye
-Char grilled swordfish crostini with cucumber relish
-Bubble and squeak wrapped in Parma Ham
Vegetarian
-Roasted red pepper filled with rice, roasted vegetables topped with asparagus, mozzarella and pesto
-Green bean and red pepper gruyere roulade (Suitable for coeliacs)
-Roasted vegetable tartlet topped with Somerset brie
-Sweet potato and parsnip tartlet topped with gruyere cheese and thyme
-Portabella mushroom on puff pastry with ratatouille topped mozzarella

-Green salad (cucumber, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce)
-Moroccan couscous (roasted peppers, onions, orange, lemon zest, fruit & spices)
-Potato salad (wholegrain mustard, mayonnaise, chives)
-New potatoes (served warm, topped with butter & mint)
