Rigaudon Music is a friendly Surrey-based music service, providing music for strings or piano and strings in a wide variety of styles. We typically offer a range of different groups numbering two to four (or possibly more) musicians to suit your budget. There are special discounts for the Guildford and Godalming area and we also cover Greater London, West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. The groups most in demand are:
Rigaudon String Quartet (two violins, viola, cello) or String Trio (violin, viola, cello)
Rigaudon Piano Trio (piano, violin, cello)
Duo Rigaudon (violin and piano)
Rigaudon String Duo (violin and cello)
It is also possible to combine two different ensembles at an affordable rate as we give a generous discount for packages.
Alongside a large selection of best loved classical music, our versatile musicians also play jazz, Latin-American, pop, folk, film and show music. If you don’t find what you are looking for on the website lists, we are happy to take your requests and can even get the music arranged by first-rate professionals.

FAQs
What kind of events do you usually serve?
Weddings, birthday parties, corporate events but also funerals or memorial services. We do play in church wedings too.
How long do you play for?
Our min. booking is for 2 hrs even if shorter time is required. We can take 4 hrs max booking. We would consider 5 hrs although ne longer break would be included.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes. We can e-mail the certificates to the venue if needed.
How much space do you require?
Duos require 2m x 2m, trios 3m x 3m and a string quartet 4m x 4m
My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?
We can accomodate almost anything!
