Description
Based in Market Harborough, I am a fully trained barista, hold full Public and Product Liability Insurance, have up-to-date Council Hygiene Inspection certification and I am a fully certified member of the Nationwide Caterers Association.
My newly converted black Mercedes Vito adds a touch of class to any event and always attracts a lot of positive attention and feedback. I am entirely self-sufficient with no need for water supply, electrical hook-up or the use of noisy/smelly generators and am therefore able to trade in indoor or outdoor spaces and can work for long periods in remote locations using the vans unique power system.

What services do you offer?
My coffee is a unique blend of the highest quality, small batch roasted beans which is ground to order meaning I can offer you the freshest coffee available. I have an extensive menu of gourmet coffees, luxury hot chocolates and other café favourites along with speciality beverages including matcha green tea lattes, chai tea lattes and fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies. People love my iced coffees, frappes and freshly prepared milkshakes and often can't resist the temptation of my delicious cakes, pastries and other sweet treats. The van also boasts a hot-hold oven meaning I can offer hot food such as bacon rolls, pasties and the like and also a self-serve refrigerator which can house sandwiches, baguettes, salads etc.
