Our offer would be the same as we usually do at the different street-food markets we are attending every day in London.
Our best seller box is the following:
- 1 pupusa to choose from :
- Organic Black beans
- Organic Black beans & Cheese
- Organic Black beans & Cheese & Pork
- 1 portion of curtido (lightly fermented cabbage)
- 1 portion of our famous grilled plantains
- 1 portion of our delicious secret recipe pulled chicken
Every box is served with our freshly made tomato salsa and a few toppings (coriander, roasted pumpkin seeds and chili).

What services do you offer?
We offer a street food catering service, making one particular speciality from Central America called pupusas. We come to your events and set up our 3m.x3m. fully decorated gazebo.
Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Yes, right in front of you!
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
We are opened to any requests.

How does the open bar work?
We do not provide alcohol.
What is included in the menu?
Each portion is 100% gluten free and consists of a box of, 2 pupusas of your choice, freshly seasoned pulled chicken, homemade coleslaw, fresh homemade tomato dressing, freshly grilled mature plantains, a corn on the cob and toppings: pumpkin seeds, fresh sliced coriander, sliced fresh chili. Do not hesitate to tell us if you have any special diets, questions or concerns.

We provide a high standard quality food, made from fresh foods and vegetables.
We come to your event with a fully decorated gazebo of 3m.x3m. (10ft.x10ft.) or 2m.x2m. (6ft.x6ft.) depending on the requirements and are ready to set up for outside venues.
