We ONLY do MEX MEX ...no imitations...exactly as Mexican people eat food on the streets, in their homes and to celebrate any occasion. We offer tacos, a quesadilla bar or a full supper club menu.

No
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
We will take all equipment necessary with us. Some food may be prepared in advance but most of it is done on site on the day of the event.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes - we have a base menu to offer but tailor our services to each client and their needs
