The Paul James Band is a professional wedding and function band based in the North East of England available to perform for your Wedding, Corporate Event, Function, Dinner Dance, Christmas Party, University Ball and other such occasion where the right music will make all the difference.
The band has an impressive track record having played at hundreds of weddings, parties, balls and major corporate functions in the last twenty years.
Wedding Music for Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Durham, The Lake District, The Borders and the UK
Whilst most of the time we will perform at a wedding, party, ball or event in the Northeast we regularly travel the UK and, on occasion, work abroad.

• Dec. 8, 2018"I booked the PJB after they came highly recommended from a colleague - I have organised / attended several military functions over the years, and the PJB was excellent from start to finish. The band and the vocalist were exceptional and played a variety of songs, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
They’re such a professional group who played longer than they were booked. I can’t highly recommend this band enough.
