Description
We are an independent ice-cream brand that hand craft a unique ‘classic and cocktail’ range of artisanal ice creams. We pride ourselves on using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to bring a range of bold, unique flavours to the table. During Autumn and Winter, we also serve traditional Belgium waffles (Liege waffles) with a variety of toppings and a scoop of our handcrafted ice cream.
An idea of our current selection is:
White Chocolate & Honeycomb, Espresso Martini, Sea Salt Caramel, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Raspberry, Gin & Tonic, Strawberry & Prosecco, Pornstar Martini, Mango & Passionfruit, Rhubarb & Ginger, Vanilla, Rum & Raisin.

What is included in the menu?
14 flavours of ice cream including both traditional and cocktail flavours. During the winter months we also offer traditional Belgian waffles with a variety of toppings.
Set List/Services
We provide dessert at corporate events , weddings, street food markets and festivals and lots more. We bring our ice cream (and waffles in the colder months) to you in our beautifully converted horse trailer or our converted ice cream trolley cart (which is ideal for indoor events).
