I have a Brand New bespoke catering van that specializes in Traditional Fish & Chips however also serves a range of other foods from burgers to Fried cheese. We operate from a Landrover Defender so it looks great.

Arrived promptly to set up. Served 90 people in 1 3/4 hours. Supplied all disposables, condiments. Menu selection excellent. Cleared up completely afterwards. Two really nice brothers who run the business. All golfers said how excellent the service, quality & value for money was. It was a shame that this was a closing down event for Hassocks Golf Club otherwise we would have repeated using Paddy's again without hesitation. I'll certainly be recommending them to others.

Fish & Chips: Icelandic Cod, fresh from Billings Gate Market, and sourced from sustained Icelandic waters. We freshly batter our fish to order and serve with our Signature Chips, homemade tartar sauce, lemon and parsley.
Scampi & Chips: Wholetail Scampi served with our signature chips, homemade tartar sauce, lemon and parsley.
Jumbo Sausage & Chips: 100% Irish Pork Sausage, served either battered or plain and comes with our signature chips.
Battered Halloumi & Chips- Freshly Battered Halloumi, served with our Signature Chips and homemade sweet chilli sauce.
Signature Chips- Hand cut Maris Piper Potatoes, double fried and served with Salt and Vinegar.
