Nat'Salty Kitchen

Nat'Salty Kitchen was founded by Natalia Salgado, a young female Mexican American foodie who studied in the north of Spain along side some of the best chefs in the world. Her university The Basque Culinary Centre was founded by multiple Michelin Star chefs which gave her the opportunity to learn from the best there is. After deciding to drop out of law school in the United States she has dedicated her life to food and traveled all over the world, living in over 7 countries trying to absorb as much flavour and culture as possible. Although she opted out of working in a kitchen she has maintained her professional career in the food industry and dedicates her free time to cooking and hosting.
