Normally a 2 x 45 minute set but does depend on the requirements.

Yes
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes
How much space do you require?
Enough for up to 2 pa speakers.
My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?
Yes, this never normally an issue but depending on how much work is involved to learn your chosen song, an additional charge may apply.
How many breaks do you take? How long are they?
I normally take one break for 15 minutes or so depending on your requirements.
