Superb! Authentic Thai food which is fresh, delicious and the best we have eaten in the UK. Apa is extremely professional with excellent communication, and she easily adapted to various food intolerances. She made sure that we had a wonderful event, and she was a joy to meet. Thank you so much!

Apa provided the catering for my 40th birthday party which was for a mixture of adults and children. We arranged for the starters to arrive earlier and then she came back a couple of hours later to set-up the mains buffet style. Apa not only set-up the starters and the mains but she also helped clear up between courses and collected her dishes the day after because she didn't want us to worry about anything. She also accommodated for our guests who had dietary requirements. Would highly recommend Apa if you want great tasting Thai food from someone who is well organised and is passionate about food.

What a fantastic birthday gift! My parents got me a lesson with Apa as an 18th present, which I did with my girlfriend. Apa was super friendly, and had some great advice to help us with our cooking (both for the session and the future!). It was great that she allowed us to cook the dish ourselves, whilst giving us ample guidance to make some of the most incredible food we’ve ever tasted. Thank you very much Apa!

Me and partner recently had a private cooking lesson with Apa and it was AMAZING! Apa was so friendly from the moment she arrived and made us feel really relaxed. The lesson was really informative and we learnt a lot and our confidence in cooking has definitely improved. The food tasted incredible and we were left with lots of leftovers which was great. We would highly recommend a private lesson with Apa!

Apa is lovely and incredibly talented! I had a session with her this weekend, in which we learnt how to make one of my all time favourite Thai dishes, Tom Yum soup, as well as a delicious pork stir fry. The food was excellent; Apa did a great job of allowing us to tailor the dishes to our own personal taste for flavours such as spice and sour. I’ve also learnt some very useful food preparation techniques which will definitely feature in my cooking from now on. Thank you Apa!
