• What services do you offer?

• What does the wedding package include?

• Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

  Yes! Up to Two weddings can be filmed on One day.

• What style of photos do you take?

  Weddings: Bespoke, Cinematic films. Dynamic in movement and rich on detail. Corporate: It's harder to pinpoint an exact 'style' with these forms of video... as they vary from project to project depending on how th brand itself wishes to be percieved, the audience it wishes to target, and the message it wishes to get across. Though I wish I could be more helpful here, you can at least see some of the styles we've used in previous projects and make your best judgement as to whether We'd be suitable for yours!

• What kind of technology do you use?

  Primary Equipment: Canon 1dx MK II, Full range of prime lenses ranging from 16mm-200mm. Canon EOS R Body. Ronin S Stabilizers. Full Audio Capture equipment including H5 zoom, lapel mics and rode shotgun microphones. Professional Editing Suite using Adobe Creative Cloud. + Various Misc Extras like tripods/camera attachments with various purposes.. the list could truly be endless. Anything we need outside of this we rent at our own cost.

• Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

  We host all of our videos on Vimeo, where you'll be able to download them at any time at any resolution you wish. Alternatively, We can use Wetransfer.com to send you your finals, but Vimeo is generally easier for both of us!

• What's the delivery time for photographic report?

  2-3 Weeks average turnaround. Of course, the exact time will vary in either direction, but you'll know this well before you make any final decisions on using us during our consolidation.

• Do you send all the photos taken?

  Where we're asked to provide photographs alongside our video, we'll send as many photos as we can that wouldn't make you or I look foolish and unprofessional. Alternatively, you and I may have agreed upon a fixed number of photos when packaging our deal to accommodate restricted budgets etc. In this instance, we'll predictably send as many as we've previously agreed upon 😁

• Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

  There are two of us who run Maven Visuals, Myself and My Father; Rob. To stay flexible and simultaneously be able to provide no less than stellar service at all times, we have an extensive network of trusted freelance professionals to assist us on the bigger projects.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

  100%, If you've booked us, there isn't a single chance in hell you'll have a no show.

• Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?

  In our contract we state that we retain the right to use the videos we produce to help market ourselves to future clients. That might mean putting the video on our website, our business social media pages, showing the video at networking events, or sending the video to prospective clients who want to see previous examples of our work similar to their prospective project. That said, if the video is produced under an Non-disclosure agreement or otherwise contents commercially sensitive information, this clause is subject to our mutual discretion. In cases where the sensitivity is temporary, no additional cost is likely. In cases where the desire to withhold the video from us to use is indefinite, costs can increase considerably.
