As a FULL-TIME provider of event solutions for the hospitality industry, Mobile Bar Hire Ltd operate a full bar hire service throughout South East England and beyond. We operate from our warehouse on Optima Park in Kent/South London, as a result, we always encourage clients to come into our office/warehouse to come and meet our team and also look through our bars and stock systems etc. Our bar services can be anything from Dry Hire (just the equipment) through to Full Stocked and run bars (inc. cocktails etc). We have over 300 meters of bar counters available in all different shapes, sizes and designs we are confident that we have the correct bar counter, drinks package and staff for almost any event anywhere!

We have access to various venues which we are ALWAYS happy to share with our clients.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Our drinks list can by taylored to meet our clients needs.
How does the open bar work?
We are agree a set amount with you in advance, you would pay this allowing your guests to have free drinks, during the event you can top up this amount or we can simply switch to a cash bar (people buy their drinks, subject to license etc).
If we have our own drinks can you serve them for us?
Yes of course, this is our dry hire option, which means we'd provide a professional bar service from our bar (with your drinks etc).
Set List/Services
We provide the following services :-
Dry Bar Hire - We can supply you with the bar counters, fridges, glassware, bar staff etc........
Cash Bar Hire - We supply you with a fully licensed bar service including bar counters, bar staff, drinks, till system stock/drinks etc. Your guests then buy the drinks over the bar (same as a pub).
All inclusive bar - A price per head so there is no money changing hands on the day (unlimited drinks).
Taylor Made Bar Service - This is something put together exclusively for your event. We would put an action plan together based on your requirements.
