Set List/Services
PULLED PORK TACO
We use the finest free range Pork which is rubbed with Mexican spices, smoked for 4 hours and then slow cooked for 8 hours in Desperado Beer, onions and garlic. Served on two tacos on a bed of Mexican Slaw and topped with pink onions and tango orange sour cream.
Chicken Fajita Skewers
Marinated Chicken and Peppers on a skewer grilled and glazed with a tequila sauce and served on a Mexican salad with guacamole.
QUESADILLLAS
Crushed new potato combined with broad beans, peas, Feta cheese and mint. Topped with Monterey Jack Cheese, toasted within a flour tortilla, served with nachos and Mexican Slaw.
NACHO NACHO
Corn nachos scattered with fresh tomato salsa and mature cheddar cheese. Smothered with a spicy melted cheese sauce (optional)
