All cocktail lists are bespoke, menus can be adapted to meet any need, sourcing the freshest ingredients
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Specialists in cocktails however affiliated with Chinese, canapé, al la carte chefs
How does the open bar work?
Depending on the clients requirements, an open bar would contain all the ingredients to make an agreed number of cocktails, also beers & wine quantities would also be offered for a fixed price.
