My name is Mark Farley and I have been a chef for over 20 years. I have worked in hotels, restaurants, public houses and corporate catering in the UK and Europe, learning a variety of skills and cuisines.
I am based in the West Country where the food markets are bursting with fresh produce. Now I offer my services as a private chef and caterer.
