Marie's Travelling Tea is a unique experience, combining vintage styling with professional service.
We offer bespoke tea party packages as well as Seasonal additions. All the baking and food preparation is done by myself and my small team (family) using the freshest ingredients and can cater up to 150 people. All the packages include our Vintage china and the setting up and clearing away of your party, table linen and decoration. We can travel to deliver and cater your party within a 40 mile radius (however a small delivery charge over 15 miles will apply). Marie’s travelling teas were a delight to work with. We were running late and they calmly worked around us and got the tea out in great condition and on time despite the heatwave. The crew kept on top of serving food, tea, coffee and prosecco to our 70 guests seamlessly. They also provided beautiful vintage bunting, table decorations and table cloths for all the tables, big and small. Would definitely rebook them. Many thanks to Stacey and her crew.

  • What services do you offer?

    Marie's Travelling Tea can offer a variety of homemade tea party packages served on vintage bone china.

  • Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

    We can help you look for a venue if you are struggling to find one. However, if you have a venue, we will travel to you.

  • Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

    All of our food is cooked within my home which has a 5 star hygiene rating. We will then transport the food to you/your chosen venue.

  • Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

    Yes - if you have any ideas or suggestions we are happy to help where we can.

  • What kind of cuisine do you offer?

    Canapés, cakes, cream tea and full afternoon tea with finger sandwiches.

  • Do you offer special menus?

    We will try and cater for all allergies and requirements where possible.

  • Do you also offer a wedding cake?

    Unfortunately we do not offer wedding cake.

  • How does the open bar work?

    We do not have this facility.

  • What is included in the menu?

Set List/Services

We have a big selection of Vintage photo booth props that also include the hire of a Polaroid camera, where the pictures can be instantly printed and taken home by guests, or written on and then displayed on a hanging wall or stuck into a guest book.
