Made without Gluten is a strictly gluten free catering business founded with two main objectives – to produce fish and chips for everyone even if you have a gluten allergy, and in response to the lack of mobile catering provision for coeliacs, those who are wheat intolerant or who avoid gluten as a lifestyle choice.
We believe that we are the only event and private party traditional fish and chip van to be completely gluten free and we are very proud of it. Our aim has always been to cook food that is as good or better than its gluten containing equivalent and we are of the opinion that we have achieved this.

"Wow!! Faultless and brilliant
We hired the fish and chip van for a hen do for our dinner one evening. I cannot describe just how incredible the service was.
Booking was straight forward, great communication all the way until the event date. On the evening punctual and hard working! The choice of food was incredible they could make it that it’s only fish and chips but there was so much choice, hallumi, prawns, calamari and more!

This friendly likeable couple provided fish & chips, dessert and hot drinks to our World Cup Final party of 80 people. The food and service was excellent, all provided in a friendly manner that helped ensure our event was a complete success . Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

We host a village Conker Championships every year. This year we decided to do something different and provide Fish and Chips. My mother in law is a coeliac so gluten free was the way to go. It’s smallish event about 50 people. The Fish and chips were the star turn! Everyone was pleasantly surprised at the taste, quality and the large portion size.
