LMS Weddings is accredited by the UK Academy of Wedding and Event Planning. We serve Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
On the Day Co-Ordination, is a way for the stress to be taken out of what should be a purely enjoyable day for the whole wedding party, by enabling them to have their own Wedding Day p.a.
By offering this type of service independently, we are able to get to know you, and make sure the day fits in with your style and needs, rather than a generic one-size fits all approach.
Whilst most couples find planning their wedding a highly enjoyable time, many of the practicalities can be over-looked such as; Who is going to ensure that your guests are at the right place at the right time? Who will liaise with the caterers to ensure that the food is out at the correct time? and Who will watch the clock to ensure the day runs smoothly and to plan.
As part of our On The Day Coordination Service, we contact your Suppliers before your Wedding Day and confirm all of the finer details so everyone knows exactly how the day will flow.

The Service is not as expensive as you may think and is certainly worth it for peace of mind.
Other services that are available are Full Wedding Planning, Bespoke Venue Sourcing and Bespoke Supplier Sourcing. Again, these are invaluable if you simply don’t have the time to plan your dream day, or perhaps are having your Wedding in a location that you are not familiar with.

• June 16, 2018"Thank you so much to Lynda who ensured our wedding day ran perfectly. We got married on 16th June 2018 in a marquee in the grounds of Hopton Court.
Before the wedding Lynda was easy to contact and there was no limit to the support she provided - helping us with supplier sourcing both in advance and last minute. A few weeks before the wedding she contacted all our suppliers and became the point of contact and ensured everything was in order ready for the big day.
On the day she brought everything together (her husband was there to help too which was a great bonus as it meant we had someone help co-ordinating the ceremony at the church whilst Lynda was at the marquee getting everything finalised ready for the reception).
To anyone considering help with wedding planning I would highly recommend Lynda. As soon as I met Lynda I knew she would do a fantastic job for us and not let us down. From sourcing some great local suppliers (which we found really useful seeing as we live in London and not able to meet with suppliers ourselves), to helping us trouble-shoot issues the day before the wedding, to bringing everything together on the day, and even helping us with returning items to suppliers afterwards, there was no limit to the help Lynda offered us.
Thank you for bringing everything together and making it the day we'd dreamed of. I have no idea if there were any issues on the day. If there were then Lynda fixed them and we didn't know about them! For me it was completely stress-free day and i enjoyed every second of it. Thank you Lynda and LMS Weddings xx

FAQs
How long are you present on our Wedding Day?
The standard On The Day coordination services is for 8 hours presence on the day, including one hour prior to your arrival to make any last minute checks. Additional hours are available at an additional hourly rate, agreed by prior arrangement.
How much is an Initial Consultation?
All our services start with a one hour complimentary initial consultation where we can get to know you as a couple and you can also get to know us.
I don't know what it suppose to happen when on my Wedding Day?
Don't worry, we can talk about timings for your wedding day and what can work best for you.
