What services do you offer?
We offer all aspects of Catering services. this includes: food & drink, service, cutlery & crockery hire, Linen hire, glassware hire, waste removal.
Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No, we are simply an independent event caterer.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Yes, we prepare 90% of the food in our Kitchen, then transport it to the event's kitchen space. This is where we add all the finishing touches.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes absolutely, Our menus are there as a guide. When planning your event our Chef will help you choose a menu that is perfect for you and your guests. This will also include any discussion around dietary requirements and allergies that are relevant.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Our Chef has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry cooking many different types of cuisines. However our main ethos is on using seasonal British and (where applicable) local ingredients and cooking them well.
Do you offer special menus?
Yes, we can customize menus to match any themes or tastes as required. Simpy let us know and we can see what we can do.
Do you also offer a wedding cake?
No, Unfortunately not. I could however recommend a supplier if required.
