I have been a chef for 18 years. I've worked in Michelin star - hotel restaurants I have a good solid background in cooking from fine dining to Event catering, winning many accolades myself when been in charge of kitchen, I'm a passionate, hard working chef always looking to push myself.
- Do you offer a venue for the banquet?I do have a venue I can host upto 150 delegates
- Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?I have use of the kitchen at the function room
- Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?yes I am Able to cater for dieteries/Allergies
- Do you offer special menus?I can offer many menus, anything from 3 courses - 7 course tasting menus
I can offer private dining, weddings, special occasions, street food.
