After completing a hospitality and catering course at college, I now have 5 years of experience working as a chef in various professional hotel, restaurant and bar kitchens. I love cooking food from fresh, learning new skills and sharing my food passion.
I also have completed a level 2 food health and safety online certificate, alongside an online food allergen awareness certificate.
