John Paul started cooking at an early age before going to Chef School at 16, gaining a range of qualifications and experience he went on to work in hotels and then high street brands before becoming a Chef lecturer.
John Paul has over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and catering industry. John Paul gained his passion for cooking from his grand mothers who showed him traditional dishes. his passion for food and cooking has continued to grow as his skills knowledge.
Branching out in to providing private & personal chef services to clients as well as passing on his knowledge of cooking to budding home cooks and those wishing to grow their skills in to their next profession.
