I am private chef based in the Cotswolds with 8 years experience in private dinning/ wedding catering/ corporate catering. My back ground is as a F & B Manger in various London hotels and then I retrained at Leith's School of Food & Wine as a chef.
I love my job, you meet so many great peoples and get to work with some fantastic ingredients - local wherever possible.
I am very flexible in my approach and very happy to either work with my menus or if you have particular favourites then very happy to do.
