classicly French trained but has a vast understanding of European, Asian Indian/ Thai Cambodia, and the rest of south-east as a well-traveled culinary creative.
also previous experience with gluten/dairy and egg free plus the vegan and vegetarian dinners options. nothing to much bother

previous experience with uhnwi, super yachts country estates, and high-end London city.
generally available for private small functions but will consider larger events.
