Liam catered for my partners 70th birthday party with the bowl and fork dinner as I wanted a relaxed meal. All communication was really easy with Liam and nothing was any trouble. He and Sarah quietly prepared and served the food and more as they took out the starters and dished up the desserts. They we’re invaluable and would definitely use again and recommend them. Thank you Liam and Sarah 😃 x

Can’t praise Liam and his team highly enough. My 60th Birthday celebration dinner party for 10 was flawless and I have no idea how they managed to deliver such a huge menu selection with such ease and professionalism, especially as the kitchen in our holiday house only has an Aga to cook on! Unfortunately I didn’t take any photographs of the food but it was delicious. 10 out of 10. X

These guys were absolutely amazing. Food was awesome, nothing was too much trouble. How they did what they did we do not know but we were super impressed. 9 different immaculately presented dishes over 3 courses for 10 people without breaking a sweat. They helped make our dinner party such a memorable wonderful occasion. So friendly, relaxed, easy going and self sufficient. Laura kept our wine glasses topped up and they even supplied complimentary canapés and desert wine to say happy birthday. It was a joy to have them in our home. If you are looking to hire a private chef you won’t go wrong hiring these guys. FYI the best scallop risotto we ever tasted!!!!!!

Our bowl food idea was born from the idea of socialising whilst dining. Eating is the most important part of the day where we can slow down, breathe, relax & interact whilst moving and talking amongst your friends/family. We suggest you choose a minimum of three dishes, served by our In-spired throughout the course of the day/night standing or seated. £18 for three bowls. Minimum of 10 persons Bespoke pork & marmalade sausage, champ, red onion, sherry jus. Blanquette of chicken, greens Moroccan meat balls, smoked aubergine, cumin, tomato, flatbread, tahini. Slow cooked lamb shoulder tagine, date, almond, herb couscous. Salmon, spices, charred tardivo, teriyaki, greens Smoked salmon crab cake, Thai emulsion, wakame seaweed. “12 hour” blade of beef, bourguignonne, celeriac, pont neuf.
