Thank you very much for getting in contact with us regarding your forth coming wedding.

I would be very happy to invite you for a wedding consultation at my home, in Ditton, Aylesford, Kent . During this time, we can discuss all your ideas for your cake, talk about cake sizes and come up with a design over a cup of tea and samples of all the cakes that we offer.

If you should wish to book a consultation, you should allow 1.5 to 2 hours for a consultation and I am able to offer appointments in evenings, weekends or weekdays. Sometimes it may be a couple of weeks before we can find a date and time that suits us both, but that's no problem. Consultations are completely free of charge and there is no obligation for you to order if you are not completely happy!

For our bespoke cakes, the cake flavours we offer vanilla, chocolate, death by chocolate, lemon, red velvet, carrot cake and fruit cake. Any tier of your cake can be any flavour and a fruit tier should you wish to have one, does not need to be the bottom tier, most times these days it is one of the smaller tiers. For naked cakes and semi naked cakes we offer vanilla, chocolate, death by chocolate, lemon and red velvet,

We also offer our "off the peg" range - the Timeless Classics Range which are a series of set designed, fixed price cakes giving you a few limited options such as colour and size etc. at great value. We do not offer carrot cake with this range, and a fruit tier can be substituted for a sponge tier at an additional charge. There is no consultation with the cakes in this range but you are welcome to collect a box of cake samples or I can post to you at an agreed time.

I deliver and set up your cake for you on your big day so there is nothing for you to worry about. Delivery is free within 10 miles of my house and beyond there, there is a small charge which is determined by the number of miles.

Unfortunately we no longer offer cupcakes but are happy to make most other cakes including naked, semi-naked and buttercream cakes and are specialists in handmade sugar work flowers.

We are also able to offer stand and knife hire should your venue not offer this for you. The items are available to hire for a small charge or free if you book with us, with a deposit which is returned to you after the wedding upon safe return of the stand/ knife.

We are also fully insured and have a 5 * food hygiene rating from our local council.

We would love to help you with your wedding cake and make your big day that little bit extra special. If you are interested in booking a cake or trying more of our cake samples but are unable to come for a consultation, then I am happy to receive photos of cakes and descriptions /ideas by email to help provide a quote and then arrange for samples to be collected or delivered in the post to you.

Should you wish to book a cake, I require a booking fee of £100 to confirm your date (it is not necessary at this point to know your exact design) with the balance due one calendar month before. Bookings are held for 7 days from receipt of the paperwork for you to pay your booking fee before they are released.

I am also offering a discount of 10% off of bespoke winter wedding cakes (cake total excluding any delivery charge) for cakes booked in January, February and March or November and December 2017/18/19. Do get in touch for further details.
