We offer a completely flexible service; working with you in a way that suits you and your budget. H Squared Events will remove the pressure from you to make sure that your event is a success, without any stress for you!

We have over 15 years of experience in the events industry so we are highly experienced in organising multiple suppliers and transforming venues. We are sociable, creative and calm under pressure so we are confident you will enjoy working with H Squared and you can rely on us to take care of your event.

Offering full event management, on the day coordination and consultation and advice throughout Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, London & Kent.
We are completely flexible in the way we work, get in touch if you have a particular service or event you would like to discuss.

We can take over contract negotiations, speaker liaisons, and budget management, be there on the day right through to post-event follow up. Or we can give tips and advice if you are wishing to largely organise your own event.

Full Event Management

We understand that your event needs to reflect your brand and your personality. With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, we know how to source a suitable venue, negotiate contracts, manage multiple suppliers and staff and creatively solve any problems that arise. On top of this we are sociable, calm and organised and we are sure you'll enjoy working with us! We will meet with you to discuss your vision and from there we can put together an event proposal. We will source suitable suppliers for all aspects of your event Promote your event, or work with your Communications Department Budget Management Speaker Liason Arrange all catering requirements We will conduct regular meetings and communication with you, on a basis as agreed, to ensure that all staff is briefed as appropriate. Online Party Planning

We love events! That's why we are here to help you. Our online party planning package allows us to completely organise your party or celebration. We have over 15 years experience in Event Management which gives us the experience to know all the little details to make your event special and wow your guests. We are sociable and friendly so you will feel at ease discussing your event with us and our calm manner will help you relax. The package includes a phone call to allow us to get to know your personality and your vision for the celebration (this can be done over email if you prefer). We will then work within your budget to source some suitable venues, when you have approved your venue we will book and a source all of your suppliers. Decorations, catering, lighting, entertainment, leave it all to us. We can even arrange cleaners for the next day if you need them! Please note that this package does not include our attendance at your event, although you can add this on.

Sweet Cart for Hire

Add the WOW factor to your party or wedding with our beautiful Sweet Cart - who doesn't love sweets! The cart comes fully decorated, with battery operated fairy lights, giving flexibility in where the cart can be placed. (plenty of spare batteries are supplied to make sure the cart sparkles through the night!) Decorations can match your colours or themes, just tell us what you are thinking of and we can sort it out! The cart can be provided with sweets, cakes, brownies or cookies. All cakes are made to your favourite recipes using our favourite local cake supplier. The cart is also great hired on its own as an unusual way to display a celebration cake (we have a gorgeous cake stand we can provide) or is large enough for wedding favours, your imagination is the only limit! We allow approx 120g of sweets per person and provide jars, scoops and tongs. Contact us to discuss cake and brownie options. Price is for cart hire only, sweets can be added when booking.

On-The-Day Event Coordination

Our on-the-day coordination service allows us to support you, taking away the pressure in the final run-up to your event. We will be there on the day as the point of contact to manage all your suppliers making sure everything runs smoothly. It's important to us that you enjoy your day, that's why we are here to remove the pressure! This service includes: Monthly check-in with you from the point of booking, via phone or email Face to face meeting 6 weeks to 1 month before the big day We visit your venues 1 month before your wedding or event Produce detailed timelines to you are confident everything is in hand We then contact all of your suppliers to introduce ourselves and take over the management of the day We are there throughout the day to oversee the smooth running and be the point of contact This leaves you free to enjoy the day you have been planning for so long! We are friendly, sociable and organised, so we are confident you'll enjoy working with us!

Party / Wedding Planning

Imagine a stress free party planning experience...that's what we are here for! With 15 years experience in organising everything from special birthday parties, corporate events and weddings we know all the extra details to really wow your guests. We are experienced in organising multiple suppliers, we are calm under pressure and creative at problem solving, so you can relax knowing that whatever happens we are there to make sure your party runs smoothly, is a success and we remove the pressure from you. We are experienced, sociable and friendly, so you'll feel at ease discussing your vision with us, then leave it to us to make that vision happen. We create memorable events throughout Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. Please note the initial package is for planning services, you can add our present on the day of the event as you request the quote.

Consultation & Advice Service

Whatever your event, the idea of planning it yourself can feel overwhelming. We have over 15 years of experience in Event Management, managing everything from International Conferences attended by over 40 countries, private parties, corporate dinners, drinks receptions, workshops and wedding receptions to name a few! We will talk with you and share our expert advice, our aim to help you relax and know where to start with the task ahead of you. We can offer expert advice online: where to start how to set budgets what to look for in a venue problems to anticipate tips on contract negotiation different room layouts and which is best for each event As well as any other issues you may want to discuss. We are here to support you! There is also the option for a face to face meeting, during which we will be able to dedicate more time and provide you with materials to assist you in your event planning.
