Description
We serve Japanese inspired dishes at markets, events, festivals and weddings, generally wherever someone wants us! Our menu consists of noodles, sushi, rice bowls and dumplings, always topped off with fresh vegetables and Japanese pickles.
We make our all own sauces, handmake all our own buns, stuff our own dumplings, roll our own sushi and pickle our own vegetables- so every mouthful of our food is jam-packed with gresko BOHDI love! We also love to make the most of our local suppliers, so we use local meat and fruit and veg wherever we possibly can.

• Jan. 12, 2018Delicious food! So nice to have something a bit different on the scene and Japanese is my all time favourite! Went to Ludlow market and had the chicken teriyaki donburi and Goyza. I will definitely be back for more! Can't wait to see you at the Ludlow food festival!

Noodles stir-fried with vegetables in a soy dressing, topped with slow cooked pork belly in a Japanese style BBQ sauce, sweet Japanese pickle, cucumber, spring onion and red onion

Noodle stir-fry, wok-fried cauliflower, spicy peanut chilli sauce, Japanese pickles, cucumber and spring onion
CURRIED COCONUT CHICKEN
Rice bowl, topped with fragrant Japanese curry with garlic, ginger and curry powder, stir-fried chicken thigh and Japanese pickle
VEGETABLE DONBURI (V)
Rice bowl topped with chunky vegetables in a soy miso dressing, Japanese omelet (tomagoyaki), spring onion and shredded carrot
HIRATA BUNS
2 steamed fluffy white buns stuffed with slow cooked pork belly in a Japanese style BBQ sauce, Japanese pickled slaw, cucumber and spring onion

Steamed and pan fried pork and chicken dumplings, shredded raw vegetables, Japanese pickles, fruity soy dipping sauce
