Tom’s experience is gained from many years exploring different types of food and cuisine. Apart from cooking all around the world, Tom takes regular food & cooking trips in the Czech Republic, France, Spain, Malta, Ireland, Slovakia, Germany. Tom has been a long-time member of his local vegan food groups and has been a chef since 2006. Also, he has worked with many English and International chefs and head chefs from gastro, fine dining and Michelin restaurants. He takes placements in such restaurants until now. Excellent tasting food and generous hospitality are the key ingredients of his success so far.
