I am Tom and I would like to show you how easy it is to cook fresh healthy food.
I have been based here in Brighton since 2006 when I discovered a truly vibrant foodie culture here on the Sussex coastline. I have worked in a variety of pubs and restaurants, from gastro to fine dining to Michelin stars all around the South of England and have enjoyed every minute of it. I will always be grateful for all that I have learned from all the Head Chefs I have worked with.
Some time ago I felt that my future lay in Cuisine which is free from animal products, from both a health and a welfare perspective. I have spent the last few years exploring vegetarian cuisine and more recently Veganism. I am constantly surprised at how easy and healthy Veganism is. The addition of well-chosen herbs and spices with very little effort changes what some people think as boring food into a truly gastronomic feast.
I have to admit that I did at first try Veganism just as a way to control my waistline and to see if the regime would ease some health issues. Well, I am happy to admit that I can once again see my feet and my health issues have eased. My whole body and mind are calm and healthy. I feel excited every day I enter the kitchen. I arrive with a bag of groceries and set about creating artistic and flavourful food.
