"Firstly, from the 1st conversation on what you can offer and what I was looking for, to the booking and even up until the end of the night you were both really good with communication and flexible too.
Really lovely friendly professional guys! You collaborated well with our ""Grease"" theme design to bring the photo card prints to life and in line with the rest of the Party theme on the night. The quality of the prints were fantastic and all our guests had an incredible time having their photos taken with all the props. All the props were clean and in the best condition - the choice was great.
10/10 Service! Thank you so much for everything. All the guests have not stopped raving about how good your mirror was. Will definitely be recommending you guy's for other Parties/Weddings and will use your services for future events.

What does the wedding package include?

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
The simple answer is no. At Gold Star Moments, we understand that hiring a company for an event isn’t like buying goods from a store which can be returned if you’re not happy. With an event, you (and us) only get one chance to impress. That's why we only handle one event a day so that we can ensure all of our resources and efforts are dedicated to making the photo booth experience perfect. Organising an event can be a stressful job, with so much to consider including liaising with suppliers, schedules, budgets and logistics of the event itself. Gold Star Moments aim to keep the process of hiring a photo booth as simple as possible. We understand that no two events are the same and after a few questions about the theme of the event, attendance numbers and times, we will take care of the rest.
What style of photos do you take?
Full portrait photos with a fun twist using high quality props.
What kind of technology do you use?
We pride ourselves at being different from our competitors, believing that success is the result of perfection and hard work. That's why we only use state-of-the-art mirror technology and combine it with the latest software developments to ensure our mirror photo booths run smoothly and provide a unique user experience. We only use high quality Canon DSLR Cameras and High Definition Webcams and combine it with the highest quality Dye Sub Printers availbale for optimal printing quality.
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Each photo taking during the event is made available for viewing shortly after event on our website where it can be downloaded.
Do you send all the photos taken?
Each photo and GIF taken using the Gold Star Moments Magic Mirror Photo Booth is sent to the client on a USB memory stick within 7 day following the event.
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Gold Star Moments have a team of professionals including photographers, software developers and logistic experts to ensure each event is carried out to perfection.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?
Yes - The Gold Star Moments team is constantly growing so you can rest assured that once we have committed our services to your event, we will be there to provide the Gold Star Experience.
Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?
Yes - unless explicitly requested not to by the client.
