Description
A vibrant collection of musicians, Glyndŵr Brass is one of the top brass ensembles in the country. Our members are all highly experienced professional players, having worked orchestrally with Welsh National Opera, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, BBC Philharmonic, Philharmonia, Ulster Orchestra and many more. We perform a wide variety of music, and can cater to your needs - we even have an arranger on our team who can write out your favourite tunes.
Our standard line-up is in quintet form (5-players) but we often expand to seven or even ten players when requested.
Whether it is a wedding, funeral, festival or just some background music for your cat's Birthday, Glyndŵr Brass have the perfect set for you

How long do you play for?
Usually concerts will last approx 1 hour to 1.5 hours (with interval). We are open to negotiation for your own personal needs
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
We do have Public Liability Insurance. As far as we are aware we have never needed to PAT test our brass instruments..
How much space do you require?
Room for 5 chairs and music stands in a semicircle. Usually about 8.5 feet by 6 feet
My favourite tune is not on your list. Will you be able to play it?
If you request the tune when you book our ensemble, we will do our very best to get the tune written out for you. We have a professional Arranger in our ranks who can transcribe almost any melody for us. There is a small charge for this service
Set List/Services
Our set lists are flexible to your personal needs. We are able to take special requests.
We have all the standards for Wedding ceremonies, and plenty of music for parties afterward
We have all standard hymns and psalms, and cater to all funeral types
