Experienced in event management and the supply of high-end catering, Global Kitchen are pleased to be able to offer anything from a chic and unique pop-up street food stall for street events showcasing some great global flavours, to full-on tastebud blasting culinary wizardry for larger groups and events.
In the hotseat, Global Kitchen’s Owner Cel can boast an impressive wealth of experience in catering and event management. Having spent over a decade running restaurants and bars, Cel draws on his impressive repertoire of recipes and techniques, inspired by his travels, training and experience to create only the finest flavour combinations on the planet!
As Cel explains…
”It’s all about sourcing fresh and honest local produce and combining them with more specialised ingredients to create a stunning food offering. What services do you offer?
We are a fully rounded events management and catering business. Using our own crews, we can handle as much or as little of your event as you'd like; planning, catering, a spot of cocktail shaking and making... Or perhaps a bit of everything! Our team of managers, chefs and bartenders are at your disposal!
Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
We can help you find a great venue for your wedding or event.
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
if your venue doesn't have kitchen facilities, don't worry- we can arrange a full field kitchen to execute your menu.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Of course! Our menus are bespoke and fully adaptable!
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
Global by name, global by nature... We can arrange pretty much anything- drawing on the experience of a diverse team. We do Caribbean, Latin American, South American and grilled dishes particularly well- sticking to our "always fresh" philosophy.
Do you offer special menus?
Absolutely!
Do you also offer a wedding cake?
We have some great suppliers who can arrange a truely unique wedding cake for you.
